I'm an Experience Strategist and Service Designer, with a strong UX background and a deep interest in circular economy and sustainable design.
Since 2010, I've been designing digital products and services for major brands — not just to make them work, but to make them matter.

From inclusive beauty apps to B2E retail platforms, I craft experiences that balance business value, user needs, in a sustainable way.
My work spans various sectors — mobility, retail, energy, banking — with a particular fondness for B2E and operational design challenges, where design can truly empower teams and transform internal processes.

I believe design is a lever for change. That’s why I combine strategic thinking with systems design to reimagine services from the ground up — and shape better futures.
